What is Vopho?

At Vopho we design and select lamps and decorative pieces that blend a modern style with timeless grace. Each item is crafted to bring warmth, character, and comfort to your home, always caring for quality and details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all our orders include free shipping. There are no minimums or hidden conditions: we believe receiving your order should be as simple and pleasant as choosing it.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  • Preparation time: 1–2 working days before dispatch.
  • Transit time: 3–7 working days from shipment.
  • Estimated total delivery time: 4–9 working days in most cases.

Our cutoff time to process orders is at 11:00 a.m. (Madrid time, GMT +1), Monday through Saturday.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we only ship within Spain and the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States, and Italy. We want to ensure the best local experience possible. If we expand to other countries in the future, we will announce it to our community first.

What is your return policy?

Was it not what you expected? No problem. You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Write to us at info@vopho.com and we will guide you through the process.

How long do refunds take?

Once we accept your return, the refund is usually processed within 7 working days. Keep in mind your bank may need a little longer to show it on your statement.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, of course. If you prefer to exchange an item for another, let us know at info@vopho.com and we will help you find the right option.

What payment methods do you accept?

At Vopho we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed with SSL encryption to ensure maximum security.

Is my personal and payment information safe?

Absolutely. Protecting your privacy and data is a priority for us. Vopho never stores your sensitive information and the entire payment process is secure.

What do I do if my order has not arrived?

First, check the tracking link we sent you by email at the time of shipment. If more than 7 working days have passed and your order still has not arrived, write to us at info@vopho.com and we will investigate immediately.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?

We are very sorry if something arrives in poor condition. Please send us an email at info@vopho.com with a brief description and, if you can, a photo. We will send you a replacement or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

Can I update or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, it may be possible to modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after making the purchase and we will do our best to help you.
